In order to have a good performace in different even harsh outdoor conditions, CWDM Systems must be qualified with extremely low insertion loss and work outdoor applications. And that’s Compact CWDM MUX DEMUX Modules with unique technologies, it is already proved that Compact CWDM Mux Demux Module with a lower cost solution for metro Acess,Optical Add/Drop Multiplexing, Wireless network,FTTX Sub-systems.
 
Compared with conventional CWDM Modules, The signal patch is “Z” shape handled by the reflected beams via ahead filters,and For the inner intergartion, there are no fiber splicing and routing.so the final housing dimension is so small,
overall Channel device cost lower, better performance in stability and tempertature dependent loss. That is to say, Compact CWDM Modules take advantage of TTF( thin-film filter),optical fiber substrate intergration,Collimators and then to controll the central AOI tuning mechanism.
 
AIFIBER’S Compact CWDM MUX Demux Modules are designed for limited space, based on thin film filters, free space beam,optical fiber substrate intergration. And the standard package provides mini size housing with express and upgrade ports option as follow:
